We offer granulates suitable for many different expectations of our clients.

To maintain high quality of our products we work closely with the Institute of Leather Industry in Łodz, Central Laboratory of Footwear Industry in Kraków and with  the  Institute of Oil Industry in Krakow.

Granpol has all the necessary certificates of conformity with both Polish and European standards for compounds used to manufacture specialty footwear.

GRANWIN granulates

This group of materials (PVC based) is used in footwear industry, as well as in motor industry
(i.e. its modified version - to produce weatherstrips for fuel lines) and in agricultural equipment
(o-rings, casings).
GRANWIN granulates are designed for footwear.                      

We manufacture summer solid compound /S,W/ as well as  frost-resistant product  /SM,WM/ for shoe soles /S/ and shoe uppers /W/ according to color samples supplied by the client. Scope of hardness 40oSh A  -  95oSh A.

For summer solid compound we are able to adjust some properties like hardness, abrassion and the degree of filling as requested by the customer.
Increasing frost resistance of harder granulates, especially those with hardness exceeding
75^oSh A as required by PN is associated with a significant increase in cost.

MODIFIED /SCO/WCO/   the Certificate of the Conformity No. 4/10 ( see)

For manufacturers of chemical/oil resistant work footwear we offer modified compound.                           It is also guaranteed to be frost resistant. Depending on the destination it can be produced in shoe soles version /SCO/ or shoe uppers version /WCO/.

Similarly as in the case of solid compound we'll match the color according to customer's sample.

ANTIELECTROSTATIC / SCOA, WCOA, SA, WA/

This group of compound is used primarily to manufacture protective work footwear  for the mining and  refinery industry.
SCOA / WCOA are most commonly used in that application due to their chemical/oil resistance.

                         Color matching for this group of products is also possible.

 EXPANDED / E, EM/ the Certificate of the Conformity No. 3/10 ( see)

We offer ekspanded summer compound /E/ and frost-resistant compound /EM/  used for footwear manufactured by direct injection method  in colors according to the sample delivered by the customer.

We use different kinds of foaming agents depending on the degree of foaming and texture desired by the client. 

GRANTER granulates

Thermoplastic elastomers TRS/TRE manufactured by our company is SBS based and color matching to customer's sample is also offered.                                            

Similarly as in case of solid compound we realize orders in colours according
to the sample delivered by the customer.

TRS solid thermoplastic rubber is the most commonly ordered one, especially the kind with hardness of 50-55oSh A used to manufacture children and youth footwear. This type of product is also used for warmed work footwear.

To manufacture men's shoe soles  TRS with hardness of ~ 65^oSh A is best,
whereas  for the production of materials called lollipops (where  abrassion of  < 200 mm³
is required) TRS with hardness of 75 ÷ 78^oSh A would be the best choice.

Termoplastic elastomers expanded  (TRE) are  custom made per customer's specific requirements.

GRANSEB granulates

Basic raw materials for this group of products are synthetic rubber SEBS and polyolefines.  This is a brand new (developed and introduced by Granpol in 2008) type of material  for technical use (tool handles) and in  toy industry (little tires). This material does not contain harmful plasticizers and heavy metals, therefore is safe to use in toy industry, food industry and medical field.

Colorants (concentrates)

We produce colorants for GRANWIN and GRANTER group of products.

We also offer granulation of mixturesdelivered to us by clients.
